The brief
We turned a grade II listed Victorian gothic hall into a hi-tech school theatre for Epsom College. The finished project included a gallery, enclosed foyer, heating and ventilation system, acoustic canopies, and hoist motors for full suspension of lighting, scenery, etc.
Specific elements of the build
We carried out the work during term time which called for a different set of safety procedures and site restrictions. Careful project management ensured the framework of the main building wasn't compromised - eg when routing services through the old restricted ceiling.
